Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of the Kingdom of Thailand, accompanied by Cambodian Minister of Education, Youth and Sports H.E. Hang Chuon Naron, visited different achievements in Tambae Primary School located in Tambae district, Thbong Khum province, this morning.

The achievements, supported by the Thai princess since 2010, were made in the health, sanitation, sports and agriculture sectors.

Mr. Hun Van, Principal of Tambae Primary School, expressed his gratitude to the Thai princess for her humanitarian assistance to his school.

According to the principal, the school began its operation in 1954, and it currently has 20 teachers with 6 kindergarten and 22 primary classes of over 1,000 students in total.

After visiting Tambae Primary School, H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn continued her royal visit to Ponlei Primary School in Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province. This afternoon, she will preside over the inauguration ceremony of the new nameplate of Kampong Chheuteal Institute of Technology in Kampong Thom province, and the handover ceremony of the Solar Cell Building at the institute, before leaving Cambodian in the evening.
