Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has been very pleased that Thais nationwide are going to join the cycling campaign ‘BIKE FOR DAD’ this Friday.
Spokesperson to the Prime Minister’s Office Major General Sansern Kaewkamnerd said more than 100,000 people across the country have registered for the campaign which will take place tomorrow.
According to him, General Prayut has shown concern for those rehearsing their ride at night, saying their bicycles must be equipped with neon lights to allow other vehicles on the road to notice them. They are advised to ride at a park or a place where cycling is allowed rather than on the street.
People planning to witness His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn kicking off the campaign tomorrow and greet him along the cycling route are advised to strictly follow security rules for the sake of HRH’s safety.
