เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2559  นางครองขนิษฐ รักษ์เจริญ กงสุลใหญ่. ณ เมืองเจนไน ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah ผู้ว่าการรัฐทมิฬนาฑู ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองเจนไน โดยระหว่างการเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะได้มีการหารือเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับอินเดียในสาขาต่างๆ

On 25 August 2016, Mrs. Krongkanit  Rakchareon, Consul-General, paid a courtesy call on Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah, the Governor of  Tamil Nadu State, on the occasion of her assumption of duty. During the call, Consul-General has discussed with the Governor on how to enhance the relationship and cooperation between Thailand and India.
