To celebrate the official launch of the ASEAN Economic Community, dozens of famous artists from the region have shared the stage at the ASEAN Music Festival at Benjasiri Park between January 29 -31, 2016.

On the last day of the “ASEAN MUSIC FESTIVAL,” Switch on ASEAN – Beats Beyond Borders, was organized to convey a music-in-the-park atmosphere, delivering both fun and ASEAN values. Malaysia’s HKAMF 2015 best new artists POOVA, and LAO PDR – Famous Pop Singer Alexandra Bounxouei also joined the event.

The event was organized by the Department of ASEAN Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with support from the nine ASEAN ambassadors. The three-day festival , allowing the young and people in general to come together and be enjoyably entertained by the style of music, the visiting star performers and original melodies, as well as to get acquainted with the peoples of ASEAN in the musical atmosphere.
