The Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with SRM Institute of Science and Technology and renowned Chef Ramkumar Varatharaj, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for students and faculty members. The demonstration was conducted by Chef Ramkumar and Chef Wikanda Srivangrach who shared their techniques in cooking Som Tum, Pad Thai, and Thai Green Curry as well as giving historical and cultural insights of Thai cuisine.
