The Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with Institute of Hotel Management Chennai, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for 30 IHM culinary students. During the demonstration Chef Wikanda Srivangrach demonstrated and shared her techniques in cooking different Thai dishes. During the demonstration, the students also had the opportunity to learn about various ingredients used in Thai cooking. (18 Feb 25)
