On 22-23 September 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai organized a Thai cooking demonstration and workshop at Pondicherry Institute of Hotel Management. Chef Nongkran Tanong served as the instructor, sharing knowledge on selecting ingredients for Thai cuisine and providing a demonstration of Thai cooking techniques.
