On 10 June 2026, Consul-General Racha Aribarg accompanied Ms. Setu Sharma, Manager for International Programme of T-Hub, India’s leading startup incubator and innovation hub based in Hyderabad, Telangana, on a visit to Thailand. During the visit, they met with Professor M.L. Chagriya Kitiyakara, M.D., Vice President for Research, together with the management team and staff of the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management (iNT), Mahidol University.

Both sides exchanged views on avenues for enhancing cooperation in innovation and startup advancement, particularly through the development of joint training programmes and capacity-building initiatives for Thai startups, as well as fostering linkages between the innovation ecosystems of Thailand and India. This collaboration will help increase opportunities for product and technology development, facilitate access to funding and investors, and support market expansion and international networking, benefiting the future growth of both Thai and Indian startups.
