The Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with Ramada Plaza by Wydham Chennai Guindy, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for chefs of the hotel at the inhouse restaurant 'Scallion'. During the demonstration Chef Wikanda Srivangrach demonstrated and shared her techniques in cooking different Thai dishes as well as the use of various ingredients in Thai cooking which are available in Chennai.
