The Royal Thai Consulate-General organized a Thai cooking demonstration for Chef Sheetharam Prasaad Corporate Executive Chef from GRT Hotels & Resorts Chennai, with Mr. Monideep Jas Senior General Manager and Mrs. Jyoti Menon Director of Sales also attended. During the demonstration Chef Wikanda Srivangrach demonstrated and shared her techniques in cooking Tom Yum Goong and Som Tum.
