The Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with Institute of Hotel Management Chennai and renowned Chef Ramkumar Varatharaj, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for IHM culinary students and faculty members. During the demonstration Chef Wikanda Srivangrach demonstrated and shared her techniques in cooking Som Tum, Pad Thai, and Thai Green Curry.
