On 13-16 August 2026, Royal Thai Consulate-General in collaboration with Suan Dusit International Culinary School, Suan Dusit University, organized a Thai Cooking and Culinary Workshop for hospitality educators and culinary professionals from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), one of India’s leading culinary and hospitality institutions. During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn about various Thai authentic dishes as well as cooking techniques and culinary applications of diverse local ingredients.
