On 5 February 2026, Consul General Racha Aribarg attended the 17th Bengaluru International Film Festival at Cinepolis Cinemas, Lulu Mall Rajajinagar, Bangalore. This year, the Royal Thai Consulate-General supported the screening of Thai films including Human Resource, directed by Mr. Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit; A Useful Ghost, directed and written by Mr. Ratchapoom Boonbanchachok, as well as acclaimed films by Mr. Apichatpong Weerasethakul, whose works have received international recognition and awards worldwide, such as Memoria, Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives, and Mysterious Object at Noon.

Over the years, it has showcased a large number of international films and is regarded as one of the prominent international film festivals attracting audiences and filmmakers from India and around the world.
