On 25 July 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai organized a screening of the documentary "Aroi Mark" in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India. The event was attended by members of the local community as well as international residents.

Produced by Thai PBS, "Aroi Mark" showcases Thai cuisine as an important part of Thailand's cultural heritage, reflecting the country's way of life, history, and local wisdom across its diverse regions. The documentary highlights the richness of Thailand's culinary traditions through its unique ingredients, cooking techniques, and the stories behind various dishes that have been preserved and passed down from generation to generation.

The screening aimed to promote the popularity of Thai cuisine and enhance understanding among Indian audiences of its cultural significance. Participants also had an opportunity to exchange views and learn more about Thai culture.
