On 17 July 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai organized a Thai cooking demonstration at The Leela Kovalam, a Raviz Hotel, in Kerala. The event aimed to promote the authentic flavours of Thai cuisine while introducing participants to the proper use of Thai ingredients. By learning professional techniques, participants can now prepare authentic Thai dishes while preserving the cuisine's unique character.
