On 13 March 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with Benjarong restaurant, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for the chefs of the restaurant. During the demonstration, Chef Wikanda Srivangrach demonstrated and shared her techniques in cooking different Thai dishes as well as the use of various ingredients in Thai cooking.
