The Royal Thai Consulate-General, in collaboration with Indian Academy Catering and Hotel Management College, organized a Thai cooking demonstration for students of the college. During the demonstration, Chef Wikanda Srivangrach shared her techniques in cooking different Thai dishes such as Thai Fried Rice, Laab Kai and Panaeng curry, as well as the use of various ingredients in Thai cooking which are available in Puducherry.
