On 13 October 2015, Ms. Pornpimol Sugandhavanija, Deputy Consul-General, and Mr. Tharadol Thongrueng, Director of International Trade Promotion Office in Chennai, welcomed Ven. Dr. Bhikku Bodhipala , Ven.Dr. Bhikku Asin Wathava and Mr. O.N. Krishnan, General Secretary of Tamil Nadu Bouddha Sangam, and discussed about the future cooperation in promoting Buddhism in Tamil Nadu State and India.
