On 25 March 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai organized a Thai cooking demonstration for students of the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition - Chennai. Chef Wikanda Srivangrach conducted a live demonstration and shared insights on Thai culinary techniques, including the use of authentic Thai ingredients, to promote the richness and uniqueness of Thai cuisine internationally.
